Programs and Services

Designed to Meet Your Business Needs

Take a look at the many programs and services that North Dakota dealers enjoy as a result of membership in ADAND. Through the "power of association," ADAND members are able to accomplish goals that would be difficult or impossible for one dealer to pursue alone.

Legislative Representation

Your Association is involved in each Legislative Session on a full-time basis, identifying and tracking all bills relative to our industry. Legislative reports are made regularly to all members.

Educational Liaison/Recruiting

The Association staff works with institutions that are training potential automobile dealership employees, acting in an advisory role and assisting with placement. In addition, ADAND's Career Connections Program is designed to develop a well-trained pool of future dealership employees by linking students, schools, and dealerships. Two Career Development Managers are employed by the association, working full-time to achieve this goal.

Business Apparel, Forms & Supplies, Ad Specialties

ADAND carries a complete stock of business apparel, forms, supplies, and ad specialty items which can be ordered at competitive prices through Association Services Inc. Count on a wide selection, competitive pricing, and great service!

CARPAC

The Association's Political Action Committee was created in 1982 for the purpose of supporting, through voluntary dealer contributions, candidates for North Dakota legislatures and state offices.

Dealer Bonds

Receive prompt service and a competitive rate when you purchase your Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond through ADAND.

Credit Card Program

ADAND's Credit Card Program offers your customers the convenience and instant credit advantage of any valid VISA or MasterCard, at a low, all-inclusive discount rate.

Endorsements

ADAND thoroughly researches various companies to ensure that only those with the very highest standards are endorsed by the Association.

Voluntary Legal Defense Fund

Financed exclusively through dealer contributions, the "Voluntary Legal Defense Fund" is an innovation designed to provide a source of financial assistance to dealers involved in litigation that will have a substantial impact on the dealer body as a whole in North Dakota.

Group Insurance

For nearly sixty years your association has strived to provide the finest group health insurance coverage for their members, with prompt, personal service, and competitive rates.

Annual Conference

Each year, North Dakota dealers gather to take part in dealer workshops, business meetings, exhibits, and social events - a great place to develop new business ideas and new friendships!

AUTOCAP

ADAND's Automotive Consumer Action Program offers non-legal information and referrals in cases where a problem has arisen between a dealer/member and a customer.

Dealer Meetings/Continuing Education

Dealer seminars, workshops, and meetings are conducted at various times to assist dealers and/or employees in various aspects of business operations.

Wage & Benefit Survey

ADAND's Wage and Benefit Survey provides data which allows dealers to compare their dealership expenditures with North Dakota averages.

Newsletters/Special Mailings

Issued monthly to each dealer and associate member, the ADAND Online contains up-to-date information regarding various phases of dealer and Association activities. Special bulletins are issued as occasion demands.

www.adand.com

Your association's website is a "hub" for dealer members providing instant access to online dealer information and resources.

Staff Resources/Information

Your association is a source of information as near as your phone, computer, mailbox, or fax machine — a "business partner" that can provide assistance on both day-to-day and long-range operations.
